This is the last will and testament of me Joseph Vickers
of Cambridge West in the Provincial District of Auckland in New Zealand, Farmer

I Give devise and bequeath to Betsy ann Looker, wife of Isaac Looker of Cambridge West aforsaid Farmer, Allotments Numbers 355 360 and 358 of the Town of Cambridge West containing three acres ... Subject to her paying to my wife Betsy Elizabeth Vickers the annual rent charge of fifteen shillings so long as my said wife shall live.

I Give devise and bequeath to my wife Betsy Elizabeth Vickers the whole of the residue of the property of which I may die possessed both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever for the term of natural life without impeachment for waste on the death of my said wife.

I Give to my daughters Eliza and,Alice W.F.S. my four acres numbers 559, 560, 561 and 562 of the town of Cambridge West together with the dwellinghouse thereon errect and;

I Desire my Trustees to convert the whole of the residue of my property both real and personal into money with power to sell the same either by public auction or private contract and with power to defer any such sale untill such time or times as my Trustees think fit and to invest the money to arrise from such sale or conversion upon good freehold securities in New Zealand with power to vary such securities as occasion may require and untill my youngest surviving child shall attain the age of twenty one years

I Desire my trustees to devote the income to arise from such investments towards the maintanance and advancement of my infant children and on my youngest child attaining the age of twenty one years

I Desire that the whole of the residue of my estate may be devided equally between all of my children provided always that if any child of mine shall die in my life time leaving lawfull issue then and in every such case the said issue take 9and if more than one equally between them) the share which his or her parent would have taken in the residuary trust funds if such parent whad survived me and attained the age of twenty one years.

I hereby revoke all former Wills and I hereby appoint my son Thomas Vickers and my son inlaw Isaac Looker to be the Executors and Trustees of this my WILL
