I Thomas Mott Caton
now or late of No.39 Regency Square Brighton in the county of Sussex
do by this my last Will and Testiment,
Give Devise and Bequeath all Estates Prperty and Effects of every kind and description thereof I may be possed or wherein to I may be entitled either in possesion remainder or expertaury at the time of my decease
Unto my dear wife Elizabeth jane Caton her hiers executors and administrators absolutly And I appoint her my said dear wife sole Executrix of this my Will.

As with my hand this twenty seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three.

in the presence of us who being present at the same time have in his presence signed our names as witnesses.

Proved at London 14 May 1853 before the Worshipfull Recievor Thomas Pratt Doctor of Law and Surrogate by Oath of Elizabeth jane Caton widow the relect the sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn duly to Administer.
