I   Timothy Pearson of Wrenthorpe in the Parish of Wakefield in the West Riding of the County of York out of Business do hereby revoke all Will and Testimentary dispositions made by me and Declare this to be my last WILL and Testiment.

I Appoint John Artleof Alverthorpe near Wakefield aforesaid Assistant Overseer and Francis Milthorpe of Wakefield aforesaids Ink Manufacturer ( Hereinafter after callled 'my Trustees' ) to be Trustees and Executors of this my WILL.

And I Declare that all trusts and powers hereinafter reposed and vested in my Trustees may be excercised by the survivors of thewm ot the heirs executors or adminstrators of such survivor or other the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my WILL.

I Direct my Trustees to pay out of my Personal Estate all my bebts except Mortgage debts but including my Funeral and Testimentry expences and the sm of Fourty Five Pounds now due from me to my son George Pearson of Beds in the said County, Commercial Traveller, If the same sum shall be due and owing at my decease.

I Direct that if any sums shall be due from me upon Mortgage of any part of my real Esate, such sums shall be charged upon the particular properties whereon they are secured.

I Give Devise and Bequeath to my Trustees all the Real and Personal Estate of which I shall be sized or possessed upon trust to call in and convert into money such part of my Personal Estate as shall not consist of money and in six months after my decease to sell my Real Estate together or in lots by public auction or private contract alone time or at several times with or without special conditions or stipulations relative to title or otherwise with power to buy in resell or resecure any contract for sale and to resell the same the same or any part thereof without being answerable for any loss occasioned thereby and with power also to execute assurances and give effectual reciepts for the purchase money and do all other things nessessary fro completing any such sale and shall stand possessed of the monies to arise from such calling in sale and conversion upon trust to set aprt and invesat the sum of Four Hundred pounds in or upon any stokes funds or securities of a garanted by the Goverment of the United Kingdom or of any Brish Colony or Dependancy or in Stoke of the Bank of England or the Bonds orDebentures or Denture Stoke or garenteed or preference stoke or shares of any Railway or other Company in Great Britain or India incorporated by the Act of Parliament or Royal Charter and paying aa dividend on its ordinary Stoke or Shares or upon any debentures or debenture stoke issued under the Local Loans Act 1875,

or upon real or leasehold securties in England or Wales but not elsewhere, such leasehold securities being held for a term whereof sixty years a least shall be unexpired at the time of such investment. And in lending money or any mortgage secuity my Trustees may accept whateever title of evidence of title shall appear to them sufficient, and in particular may in case of leasehold securities waive the production of the lessors title without being answerable for any loss occasioned thereby and my Trustees may releaase any part of the property comprised in any motgage security if satified that the remaing property is sufficient secutity for the money owing thereon, And to stand possessed of the income to arise from such investments.

UPON Trust to pay thesame to my daughter Hannah during her life for her sole and seperate use, free from the debts controll or engament of any husband and so that she shall not have power to dispose thereof in the way of anticipation and from and after the decease of my said daughter Hannah

Upon Trust to accumulate the said income of the saidinvestment during the minority of my Grandson Timothy Pearson the son of Timothy Pearson of Bradford in the said County of York, Wholesale Fruitier.

And I Direct my said Trustees after the investment of the said sum of Four Hundred Pounds to stand possessed of the residue of the monies to arise from such sale calling in and conversion as aforesaid Upon Trust to invest the same upon any of the investments aforesaid, And to stand possessed of the income to arise from such investments Upon trust to accumulate the same during the minority of my said Grandson Timothy Pearson .


And I Declare that my Trustees may pospone the sale of my Real Esate or any part thereof for so long as they shall think fit ansd shall stand possessed of the rents issues and profits to acccrue from and out of such unsold Real Estate . UPON TRUST to pay to my daughter Hannah the sum of eight shillings per week during her life or untill the sum of Four Hundred Pounds shall be so invested as aforesaid and to accumulate the remainder of the said rents issues and profits during the minority of of my said Grandson Timothy Pearson And upon trust to accumulate the whole of the said rents issues and profits inf my said daughter shall die during the minority of my said Grandson Timothy Pearson and

I Give Devise and Bequeath to my said Grandson Timothy Pearson when he shal have attained the age of twenty one years all my unsold Real Estate and all my Personal Estate including such accumulations of income as aforesaid. And from and after the decease of my said daughter Hannah

I Bbqueathto my said Grandson Timothy Pearson the said sum of Four Hundred Pounds so directed tp beinvested as aforesaid.

And I Direct that if my said Grandson Timothy Pearson shall die before attaining the age of twenty one years on or before the deaht of mysaid daughter Hannah the devise and bequest hereinafter contained in favor of my said Grandson Timothy Pearson shall be read and contrued as if the name of my Grandson George Pearson the son of my said son Timothy Pearson had been inserted herein instead of the name of my said Grandson Timothy Pearson.

I Devise all Esttes vested in me as Trustee or Mortgagee unto my Trustees subject to the trusts andequities affecting thesame respectively.
