This is the last WILL and Testiment of Me Charles Campbell of Takaka in the Provincial District of Nelson in the Dominion of New Zealand, Farmer.

  1. I Revoke all WILLS and Testimentry dispositions at any time heretofore executed by me and I appoint The Public Trustee of the said dominion (hereinafter referred to as "My Truste") to be the Executor and Trustee of this My WILL.

  2. I appoint Arthur Hamilton Hume and James Ralston both of Takaka, Farmers, to be Advisory Trustees of this my WILL.

  3. I give and Devise and Bequeath the whole of my Estate both real and personal of whatsoever nature and description and where soever Situate unto mt Trustee UPON TRUST to pay theeout my just debts funeral and Testimentry expensis and all estate and succession duty payable in respect of my dutiable estate and to devide the residue into six (6) equal parts and to stand possessed of such parts upon the following Trusts Namely:-

(a) As to one (1) of such parts for my son Donald Cumming Campbell, absolutly should he survive me but should he predecease me then for such of them his children as are living at the date of my death and if more than one in equal shares.

(b) As to two (2) of such parts for my son Thomas Campbell, absolutly should he survive me but should he predecease me then for such of them his children as are living at the date of my death and if more than one in equal shares.

(c) As to two (2) of such parts for my son Charles Cameron Campbell, absolutly should he survive me but should he predecease me then for such of them his children as are living at the date of my death and if more than one in equal shares.

(d) As to remaining one (1) of such parts for my daughter Hilda May Campbell, absolutly should she survive me but should she predecease me then for such of them her children as are living at the date of my death and if more than one in equal shares.

(e) In the Event of the failure of theTrusts of any one or more of the said parts the part or parts whereof the Trusts shall so fail original as well as accruing shall be added to the others or other of the said parts the trusts wherof do not fail in equal shares and shall be subject in all respects to the same trusts powers and provisions as herein appear concerning the part or parts to which the same shall atach.
