James Mackie WHYTE, deceased,
Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925
Notice is hearby giventhat all pearsons having claims or demands against the estate of the above deceased, late of Tenbury, in the coun
and whose WILL, with one codicil, was proved in he District Registry at Shrewsbury on the 9th day of May 1933, by Dr. George francis WHYTE and Leonard Ashley, the executors therein named,
are required to send particulars theeof in writing to the under-signed on or before the 5th day of September 1933, after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased,
having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice.
