In Memorium
CORDES, Jack Phillip. -
In loving memory of a much loved husband, dad and poppa who passed away 5 years today. Gone are the days we used to share, but in our hearts you're always there, never more than a thought away, loved and remembered every day.
Miss you heaps, Betty and families.
