In the matter of Benjamin Borrell, Insolvant
The creditors of Richard caton BORRELL, formerly of Brigsley, near Gt. Grimsby, in the county of Lincoln, Farmer and Grazier, afterwards of Gt. Grimsby aforesaid, out of business, and late lodging at the White Swan Inn, in the town or borough of Kingston upon-Hull, out of business, an Insolvent debtor, whoes schedual is numbered 47,454 , are requested to meet the assignees of the Estate and Effects of the said Insolvent, at the house of Mr. George Warburton, called the White Hart Inn , situate in Gt. Grimsby, in the county of Lincoln, on the 31st day of March instant, at eleven o'clock in the fornoon precisely, for the purpose of determining and ordering in what manner, and at what time, the life estate or interest of the said Insolvent in an estate at Brigsley, in the county of Lincoln, and all other property, real and personal, of which the said Insolvent is in any manner possessed or entitled to , shall be sold and disposed of; also to consider and decide uponthe propriety of commencing and prosecuting an action or actions against certain persons, to be named at such meeting, for the recovery of property , or the value thereof, belonging to the estate of the said insolvent, and generally on the affairs of the said Insolvent and his estate.

Grimsby, in the county of Lincoln, on Saterday the 9th day of June next, at six o'clock in the evening precisely, for the purpose of determining and ordering in what manner, and at what time, the life estate or interest of the said Insolvent in an estate at Brigsley, in the county of Lincoln, and all other property, real and personal, of which the said Insolvent is in any manner possessed or entitled to, shall be sold and disposed of; and generally on the affairs of the said Insolvent.

Brigsley near Grimsby Lincolnshire
To Capitalists and Agriculturalists.
To be sold by Auction by Mr. C. Nain at the White Heart Inn in Gt. Grimsby in the county of Lincoln, on thursday the 12th day of July next, between the hours of 3 and 5 O'clock, in the afternoon, by order of the assignees of Richard-caton BORRELL , formerly of Brigsley, an Insolvent debtor, subject to such conditions as will be then produced.

All the Estates and Interestd of the said Insolvent, aged 29 years, of and in a very valuable freehold estate, situated at Brigsley, in the county of Lincolnshire, Being one of the most compact farms in the county with Manorial rights, consisting of about 285 acres of arable and eccelent medow and pasture land, now let on lease to Mr. Richard Holmes for a term of years which will expire at Lady Day 1839 at the annual rent of £650

Also in a Messuage of Tennement, situate at Brigsley adjoining the farm and Turnpike road, leading to Waltham and Grimsby, with a small garden adjoining and, now occupied by Richard Farmery at an annual rent of £40 10s.

The above estate, on which a considerable sum has been expended in under draining and improvements, consisting of a Farm house, Garden and very productive Orchard, new brick and tiled Barn, Granary, Wagon sheds, Stables, and other agricultural buildings and about 285 acres of land, of which about 110 acres are arable, and in a high state of cultivation, a part of which has lately been converted to Tilage, and the remainder, consists of rich medow, pasture and feeding land.

A fine Trout streem runs through the estate, which is also stocked with game, and is in the immediate neighbourhood of the Earl of Yarborough Hounds. Brigsley is distant from the port of Grimsby 5miles.

The Tennent, Mr. Richard Holmes of Brigsley will show the estate, and full particulars may be had on application at the respective offices in Grimsby, of John Acton and Questor Veal solicitors to the assignees of the said Insolvent.

In the matter of Benjamin Borrell, Insolvant
Notice is hereby given, that a meeting of the creditors of Benjamin Borrell, of the borough of Kingston upon Hull joiner, an Insolvent debter, will be held at the office of Charles Spilman Todd , of no.15 Bowl Alley Lane , in the said borough of Kinston upon Hull aforesaid, on Monday 29th of September instant,at twelve o'clock at noon, to approve and direct the manner,time,and place for disposing of the said Insolvents real estates by public auction, instead of Monday the 1st of September, as before advertised; and also to assent or dissent from the assignees of the said estate and effects paying and satisfying the costs and charges incurred in the preperation and compleation of a certain indenture of assignment, bearing the date 3rd day of March 1845, made between the said insolvent, of the one part, and the assignees, of the other part, being an assignment of all the real and personal estates of the said insolvent , For the benifit of his creditors; and also assent to or dissent from the said assignees paying and satisfying all costs and charges incurrede in defending a certain action at Law, commenced in Her Majesties Court of Queens Bench by the said Insolvent, against a certain party to be named at the meeting; and genrally to take all such steps, and incure such expences relative to the affairs of the said Insolvent, as they, the said assignees shall deem expediant.
