 New York appears twice, which fits the
New Mills Wesleyan Chapel baptism register 
Sarah daughter of Edward and Martha Chatterton of New York, 
township of Charlesworth, parish of Glossop, 
born November 23rd and baptized December 7th 1808.

New York is small terrace of houses on the northern border of  Charlesworth
,listed in old maps as NEWYORK.
which is at the northern end of Long Lane just before the bridge to Broadbottom, Cheshire

Isaiah suddenly deserted his wife Sarah and their young son William and boarded the Mary Tyson to sail to the USA, arriving on 15 September 1857, along with the 2 surviving children of his first marriage, Frederick and Elizabeth.
