Evidence given before Mr Justice Fair by Robert George Burns (Mr Burt), who petitioned for an order against Ngaire Kathleen Burns for restitution of conjugal rights. On his return from service he and his wife spent a six days' holiday at Waiheke, petitioner said. He then obtained a flat, but she would not come to live with him. An order was made for the wife to return within two months.

CAR CHARGE DENIED,
Robert George Burns, 35, motor mechanic, pleaded not guilty in the Brisbane Police Court today to a charge that on February 19, while under the influence of liquor, he was in charge of a motor panel van in Geelong Street, Brisbane.
Remanding Burns until February 26,
Mr. McKenna, S.M., extended his watchhouse bail of £15.
Senior-Sergeant E. A. Puddle prosecuted.
Mr. D. P. Hempenstall appeared for Burns.
