who petitioned for an order against Ngaire Kathleen Burns for restitution
of conjugal rights. On his return from service he and his wife spent
a six days' holiday at Waiheke, petitioner said.
He then obtained a flat, but she would not come to live with him. |

Remanding Burns until February 26, Mr. McKenna, S.M., extended his watchhouse bail of £15. Senior-Sergeant E. A. Puddle prosecuted. Mr. D. P. Hempenstall appeared for Burns. |
