RESERVIST TROUBLES, APPEALS BEFORE BOARD. SEVERAL FIGHTING RECORDS. The First Military Service Board resumed its sitting yesterday, Mr.F. J. Burgess presiding. Tobias Alison, builder, Devonport (Mr, McCormick), appealed ,on behalf of his son Stanley Alison. Appellant said one son had served at Gallipoli and been discharged ; another had been reported missing after the Messines fight, and a third was fighting in Palestine.
