however a search of GRO shows no obvious Ann Nixon
deaths around Woolverhampton

in 1871 Ann's widowed mother is with Thomas Oakes in Stoney Street
however by 1881 with 4 more children things were getting crowded

Ann Nixon appears to have died in 1879
